Reservations and Cancellations
- Payments: Please note that the total amount for your stay has to be paid upon arrival.
- SPECIAL CANCELLATION FEES (RESERVATIONS with stays on 26/02/22 - 05/03/22 - 04/06/22 - 11/06/22): In case of cancellations less than 5 days before arrival, the guest authorize to charge the total amount of 1 night as a fee.
- Minimum stays (It´s not possible to modify reservations during these dates.):
* 3 nights: 26/02/22 - 03/06/22 - 04/06/22 - 05/06/22 - 10/06/22 - 11/06/22
* 2 nights: 25/02/22 - 27/02/22 - 28/02/22 - 04/03/22 -05/03/22 - 14/04/22 - 15/04/22 - 30/04/22 - 01/05/22
- EARLY DEPARTURES (RESERVATIONS with minimum stays): In case of early departure, the hotel will bill the minimum stay.
- V.A.T Inc: 10%.
- Pre-authorisation. As guarantee, the hotel will pre-authorise your credit card prior the arrival date.
- Pets: Pets are allowed (maximum 6 kg.), and have an extra cost of 16,50 eur VAT INC.
- Parking. Hotel situated in a pedestrian zone. The nearest parking is situated in Beato Diego de Cádiz street, nr.12 (100 mtrs walking from the hotel). Parking has an extra cost of 18 eur VAT INC per day (Limited places. Reservations are permitted).
- Groups: For groups of 7 rooms or more (made by the same person or same credit card as guarantee), different deposits and cancellation policies will be applied. The hotel will inform to the guest with the new conditions, and it reserves the right to cancel the reservations if the terms are not accepted.
